Rebate Form
for residential appliances/products. Please note that all completed applications must be postmarked within 60 days of purchasing your new, energy-efficient appliance. A list of eligible appliances and products is available using the links below.
If you are interested in purchasing a specific make and model of an energy efficient furnace, boiler, water heater or programmable thermostat, and do not see it listed on this website, please contact us to check for rebate eligibility.
